The more machines you run, the lower your per-machine rate

Every plan includes automatic volume tiers. Once you cross a threshold, your per-machine rate drops on the next billing cycle — no renegotiation required.

  • 16–50 machines · 10% off the base rate
  • 51–100 machines · 18% off the base rate
  • 101–250 machines · 24% off the base rate

Pricing questions

The questions our sales team answers most

Is there a minimum number of machines to sign up?
No. We service single machines in a breakroom up to fleets of several hundred. Starter Route pricing applies from machine one. Volume tiers kick in automatically once you cross 16 machines.
What happens if my machine breaks between scheduled visits?
Call our 24/7 dispatch line. Emergency visits are covered on Managed and Fleet plans at no additional charge for standard repairs. Starter Route accounts receive emergency dispatch during business hours, with after-hours callouts billed at the standard $85 surcharge.
Can I cancel after the first 90 days?
Yes. After the initial 90-day onboarding window, every Starter and Managed account converts to month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. No cancellation fees, no auto-renewal traps, no retention games.
Do you charge for parts replaced during scheduled visits?
Common parts — coin mechanisms, validators, vend sensors, motors, harnesses, and door switches — are included at no charge on Managed and Fleet plans. Major components like compressors and control boards are billed at our cost plus a flat $40 labor fee, and only after you approve the work.
How does the annual discount work?
When you choose annual billing, we bill you for 10 months instead of 12 — effectively two months free. The discounted rate applies for the full year and renews at the same rate unless you switch back to monthly. You can still cancel within the 90-day onboarding window if the service does not meet expectations.
Do you offer nonprofit or government pricing?
Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits and public-sector agencies receive an additional 12% discount on any plan. We accept purchase orders and can invoice against blanket contracts. Contact our sales team for the documentation required to apply the discount.
What if I want to change plans mid-cycle?
You can upgrade at any time — the new plan takes effect on the next billing cycle. Downgrades require a full billing cycle of notice so we can adjust your route schedule properly. No penalties in either direction.
How is cash reconciliation billed?
Cash reconciliation is included on Managed and Fleet plans. It covers collection, dual-signature chain of custody, count-room verification, and deposit slip generation. Starter Route accounts do not include cash handling — clients collect their own cash or add reconciliation as a standalone service at $45 per machine per month.
