Resource questions

What people ask about our resource library

Do I have to give you my email to download a resource?
No. Every resource on this page is available without registration, email capture, or any other gate. Click download and you get the file. We are not building a lead list off this library — if you want to work with us, you will contact us directly.
Can I use these resources if I am not a Vending Route Hub client?
Yes, absolutely. Everything here is written for facility managers and vending operators regardless of who services their machines. We would rather see the industry improve than gate our knowledge behind a contract. If you find them useful, that is enough.
How often are resources updated?
Guides and checklists are reviewed every January and updated whenever industry standards change. The ROI calculator is updated quarterly with the latest averages from our active accounts. Every resource shows its last revision date in the file header.
How accurate is the ROI calculator?
The calculator uses three average outcomes from our active accounts: a 21% uptime gain, a 34% reduction in emergency repair costs, and a 38% sales-per-machine uplift. Actual results vary widely depending on your starting point, machine age, and facility type. Use the calculator as a directional estimate, not a committed quote.
Can I share these resources with my team or clients?
Yes. All resources are licensed for internal use and sharing with clients or colleagues. The only restriction is reselling them or republishing them as your own work. Attribution to Vending Route Hub is appreciated but not required.
Can you create a custom resource for my facility?
For Fleet Operations and Service Alliance partners, yes. We build custom route templates, product mix plans, and reporting templates specific to your portfolio. For individual facilities, request a site review and we will include a tailored route plan as part of the assessment.
Do you offer live training or webinars?
We run a quarterly live webinar for facility managers on vending route operations, product mix strategy, and machine maintenance basics. Registration is free and open to anyone. Recordings of past webinars are available on request through our contact form.
What if I want a resource that is not listed here?
Tell us what you need. If we have already built something internally that would help, we will share it. If we have not, and it is a topic that would benefit other facility managers, we may build it as a future resource. Send requests to [email protected].
